D. Programming and Nesting Software (FastCAM)
Nesting software
Full-time cutting:
cutting workers were used to do programming nesting on cutting machine CNC system, cutting machine programming 50% time for workers.Now need to buy a computer using the software for the whole board nesting and excess stock nesting, provide cutting process for CNC cutting machine, CNC cutting machine only accept nesting software provides cutting procedure, do not do typesetting programming.In terms of economic benefit: 300000 to 400000 yuan, a cutting machine and a computer only need 3000 yuan to 4000 yuan, was clearly overqualified for programming using cutter layout, waste of resources.And "full-time cutting" production mode can effectively improve the production efficiency of CNC cutting machine.
